Genzianviolet

Description

It is widely used for staining microbiological and histological preparations. In microbiology, Genzian violet is used both for simple staining of bacteria and for differential Gram staining. It has a pronounced antiseptic and antibacterial action. Antimicrobial activity of Genzianviolet is based on its ability to influence the redox processes occurring in the cells of microorganisms.
